Saturday Littles classes (9:30 am elementary age) at Toula Yoga will have a fun new twist! We'll join together each week for the Mindfulness Explorers Club!

Each week in June and July will have a different theme with games, movement, and unique mindfulness skills they can carry with them for years to come.

Each kiddo will get a sticker badge for the theme that week as well. Who doesn't love stickers? 🤩
