✨ A LITTLE REINTRODUCTION ✨

It’s been a little while since I’ve really shown up on here, and as I get back into the groove, I’ve been reflecting on the things that have helped me reconnect with myself.

One of those things has been Reiki. 🤍✨

Reiki has become such a meaningful part of my self-care and spiritual journey. It has given me intentional moments to slow down, breathe, get quiet, and create space for myself when life feels busy.

As a mom, business owner, wife, and someone who is constantly pouring into others, learning to pause and pour back into myself has been so important.

For me, Reiki isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about creating a peaceful moment to reconnect, become grounded, and be intentional about how I care for myself. 🌿

I’m so grateful for how much this practice has taught me about slowing down, listening to myself, and making space for restoration.

And as I step back into this new season with Adaezé Beauty, I’m excited to continue sharing not only beauty, but the importance of self-care, intention, and taking care of the whole you. 🫶🏽
