This is the perfect example of why I chose to open a salon 💓 I didn’t even have to ask. When a stylist sees another running behind, and has the time, they step in and offer help. We have 3 tiers of stylists from newly growing and actively building to more seasoned and established. But we are all human and sometimes we need our team to team. The atmosphere here just amazes me more every single day in one way or another. Watching senior stylists taking time out of their day to explain a color they did, or a technique they used, or just a simple “let me help you with that”, or my favorite of anticipating a need and delivering. Like sweeping someone else’s hair without being asked or bringing someone a new cape for their guest cause you’re not busy. Switching the laundry because everyone else is slammed but you have a minute. Yeah, you might have started/switched/folded all the loads that day but you know the day you are too busy, they got you. And the best part is nobody is keeping score❣️ Like a marriage, it’s not always 50/50. Sometimes it’s 80/20 or vice versa. And that’s okay. Because we are all better together and that’s what makes our Dream Salon work. And I promise you, this all translates to AMAZING hair too 🫶🏻💘⭐️🤗
