We’re looking to add another licensed hairstylist to the Shanty Team! ✨

We’re searching for someone motivated, reliable, and passionate about making clients feel their best; someone who wants to be part of a team effort to grow their career and community. We aren’t looking for assistants or salon management at the moment, so licensed stylists who are preferably currently in the industry are ideal!

Opportunities are available for stylists with both an established clientele and ones who are still growing with online booking, walk-ins, and a front desk to accept appointments on your behalf.

Being social media savvy is greatly appreciated as it’s an important part of this industry and growing your clientele.

Commission or Hourly pay available; Monday-Friday is our base schedule, but we work with what works best for YOU.

All supplies and amenities are supplied for you, meaning you get to show up, be creative and GROW without al lithe extra to get you there. Shears & clippers are the only thing you’ll need to provide.

Participation in occasional salon and social events for bonding, networking, and representation of Shanty is not required, but is highly encouraged and greatly valued as part of being involved with our team. Working with your friends is truly irreplaceable, so creating that atmosphere is at the top of our list.
