Sometimes the things we think don’t matter, actually make the biggest difference. Whether we realize it or not, so many things contribute to the health of our skin, not just skincare ✨

Did you know that the order you apply your skincare is what matters most? Well now you do!
Layering your products helps them each absorb properly, that way you’re getting the best results from your routine.

Here’s the order to follow:
1: Cleanser
2: Exfoliator (ONLY 2-3 times a week, not daily)
3: Serums (Thinnest to Thickest)
4: Eye Treatment
5: Moisturizer
5: SPF (AM, every.single.day!!!)

Your skincare is an investment so make sure that you’re using them correctly!

Your skin barrier is your skin’s first line of defense. When it’s damaged, your skin can’t protect itself or hold onto moisture the way it should.

1. Your skincare suddenly burns or stings.
Products you’ve used forever shouldn’t hurt! If they do, your skin barrier may be compromised.

2. Your skin feels dry, tight, or flaky, even after moisturizing.
This usually means your skin is losing water faster than it can hold onto it.

3. You’re breaking out more than usual.
Sometimes it isn’t just bad skin, you may have a damaged skin barrier that just needs a little extra love!

How to repair it:
- Use a gentle cleanser.
-Take a break from harsh exfoliants and strong active ingredients.
-Focus on hydration and barrier-repair ingredients like ceramides, glycerin, and hyaluronic acid.
-Never skip sunscreen!
