This program is especially for the woman who has been curious about herbs for years but hasn’t quite known where to begin.
The one with stacks of herb books beside her bed.
The one saving herbal posts and recipes.
The gardener who knows she feels better outside.
The mother wanting more natural ways to care for her family.
The woman longing for slower rhythms, deeper connection, and meaningful community.
You do not need to know everything to begin.
You do not need a perfect garden, a perfectly organized apothecary, or years of experience.
You simply need curiosity and a willingness to begin building relationship with the plants.
In the Essential Herbalism Foundations Program and Hands-on Medicine Circle, we learn through touch, taste, tea making, observation, medicine making, conversation, and time spent with the plants themselves.
We begin June 7 and only a few spots remain.
Feel free to message me with questions.

Calling all my plant lovers - join us for an evening to slow down and experience herbs and flowers in a new way. Bring cuttings from your own garden or we will have a great selection to choose from.
You will create a beautiful ceramic wall hanging as well as a fennel glycerite to ease digestive upset.
This will be an evening to connect with plants through touch, smell, sight and taste and to create a lasting memory of your garden.

When I first began studying herbalism, I thought I needed to learn about every herb. Over time, I’ve discovered that herbal wisdom grows much deeper when we slow down and truly build relationship with a smaller number of plants.
In the Essential Herbalism Foundations Program, we spend time deeply getting to know 20 herbs - not just what they are “good for,” but how to work with them in daily life through tea, tinctures, medicine making, observation, and relationship.
The first five herbs we study are featured in the image above - plants that offer support for the nervous system, digestion, immunity, and everyday wellness.
There is something powerful about learning herbs in this way: touching them, tasting them, making medicine with your own hands, and discovering how they meet you personally.
Only a few spots remain in the next session beginning June 7. If you’ve been feeling the quiet pull toward the plants, I would love to welcome you into this circle of learning and community.
Message me with questions or learn more through the link in my bio.
Would you like to join me in my garden to learn about making your own herbal healing products?
My six month program begins next month!

There is a difference between reading about herbs and truly building relationship with them.
Relationship grows through time.
Through making tea regularly.
Through noticing what supports your body.
Through tending plants in the garden.
Through gathering in community and learning together.
Today in The Colorado Apothecary class, we spent the afternoon talking about medicinal herbs that grow well here in Colorado, making herbal honey, and exploring simple ways to begin creating remedies at home.
One of my favorite parts of teaching is watching people realize that herbalism does not have to feel overwhelming or out of reach. It can begin simply. One plant. One cup of tea. One remedy made with your own hands.
And often, that first experience opens the door to wanting to learn more deeply.
That is exactly what the Essential Herbalism Foundations program beginning June 7 is designed for.
A slower, more immersive journey into herbal medicine through online learning, live teaching, and monthly Herbal Medicine Making Circles.

If you have been feeling the quiet pull toward the plants, this is a beautiful season to begin.

Last call for The Colorado Apothecary: Healing Herbs You Can Grow at Home tomorrow afternoon.
This class is for anyone who has ever wanted to step outside and gather herbs from their own garden for tea, remedies, and everyday support.
Together we’ll explore medicinal herbs that grow well here in Colorado and learn practical ways to work with them through teas, tinctures, salves, and herbal honey.
You’ll leave with:
a deeper understanding of medicinal herbs you can grow at home
simple and approachable ways to begin using them
and your own jar of herbal honey to take home
I especially love teaching classes like this because they remind people that herbalism does not have to feel overwhelming or complicated. It can begin right where you are, one plant and one remedy at a time.
I would love to have you join us tomorrow.

One of the things I love most about teaching herbalism is watching women realize:
“This is actually something I can do.”
So many people come into classes thinking herbalism feels overwhelming or complicated.
But then they begin tasting herbs.
Making remedies.
Learning a few plants deeply.
Understanding how herbs support the body.
And slowly, confidence begins to grow.
This is why I believe so strongly in hands on learning and community.
In The Colorado Apothecary workshop, we’ll explore healing herbs that thrive here in Colorado and learn practical ways to begin working with them at home.
And in the Essential Herbalism Foundations program, we continue building that knowledge over six months through online learning, live teaching, and monthly Herbal Medicine Making Circles.
Not perfection. Not memorizing everything. Just learning step by step in a grounded and supported way.
We begin June 7 and I would love to welcome you into this circle.

There is something deeply satisfying about stepping outside and gathering medicine from your own garden.
A handful of lemon balm for tea.
Calendula flowers for skin support.
Chamomile for rest.
Mint for digestion.
Over the years, I have come to appreciate how herbalism changes the way we move through daily life.
We begin paying closer attention.
To the seasons.
To the body.
To what supports us and what depletes us.
So many of the herbs we think of as “special” or difficult to access can actually grow beautifully right here in Colorado.
And there is real empowerment in learning how to grow and use them yourself.
In The Colorado Apothecary workshop next week, we’ll explore medicinal herbs that thrive in our climate and learn practical ways to work with them through teas, remedies, and herbal honey.
This class is designed to feel approachable, hands on, and grounded in everyday life.
And for those wanting to continue deepening after the workshop, the Essential Herbalism Foundations program begins June 7.

The root of this incredible plant works as a strong antispasmodic specifically for those with dry asthma and those whose asthma is made worse by emotions of anger, fear or frustration.
