Your rinse time can make or break your tan! The magic ingredient in spray tans — DHA (dihydroxyacetone) — reacts with the amino acids in your skin to create that bronzed glow.

Rinsing too soon means the DHA hasn’t finished developing, leaving you lighter than desired.
Rinsing too late can overdevelop the color, causing it to look darker or uneven.
