What exactly is a toner?🤷‍♀️
I get asked this all the time during appointments. A toner is a demi-permanent color that is used to cancel out unwanted tones in your hair. A toner can make your hair warmer or cooler. It can darker your hair but it cannot lighten it.
After a highlight or balayage service a toner is used to get the right shade or tone of blonde that you want.💛

Are you using a hair oil at home?
Your roots are always getting the natural oils from your scalp but it’s time to give some love and moisture to your ends!🩷
This can especially make a difference for your hair through the winter months when everyone’s hair starts to feel a little dryer. After washing (when your hair is still damp but not soaking) work some oil through your mid shaft to ends for extra shine and moisture!

Have you ever heard that you have to cut your hair for it to grow?
When you get split ends on your hair they will slowly start moving up your hair strand and you will get more and more breakage. So cutting your hair doesn’t actually make it grow faster but it does help you maintain your length to cut off the split ends before they spread up your hair strand.
If you want your hair to grow as long as possible, you gotta keep it healthy🧡

Everyone thinks that fashion colors are very high maintenance but the truth is they don’t have to be💜
My client washes her hair with a color depositing shampoo to keep her purple vibrant so we can go months between coloring it!
