There is no place else you need to be but here,

My clients usually feel great when they leave the massage room. I have noticed a few people click right back into the mindsets they came in with. I call them out on that and ask them to stay present with their good feelings at least until they get to their car. It is always surprising to them that they do this and then they come back to the moment.
After your bodywork, stay in those good feelings for a little bit. Breathe easy and smile.

All structures need space and fluidity to function at their best.
One of the important reasons bodywork is so vital is that it improves the environment of your anatomy so that its physiology is better.
There is a different kind of touch and therapeutic healing work for everything.

Interoception is the body’s voice.
The cells, tissues and organs all communicate with you and give you information about what is going on inside of you and perhaps something that needs to be addressed.
This is part of what I listen for when I do bodywork. My hands pick up a lot of information. But so does my entire body mind.
