Meet Krystal Champlin-Gerage, owner of RJH Consulting & Maverick Coaching Solutions and one of the incredible business owners joining us at Revive Wellness Suites!

Krystal is a business growth consultant and executive coach with more than 15 years of experience helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams build healthier, more sustainable businesses.

Her work goes beyond growth on paper. She helps business owners and leadership teams improve strategy, operations, communication, accountability, and workplace culture so the people behind the business can perform at a high level without constantly operating in stress and overwhelm.

Through executive coaching and consulting, Krystal also helps bring this kind of support into professional environments like law firms, medical practices, and other organizations where leadership, team dynamics, and employee well-being all play a major role in long-term success.

She is a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Certified DiSC Trainer, and Six Sigma Lean professional, bringing a practical, results-driven approach to both business growth and healthier leadership.

Nest Nourish Nurture provides personalized lactation support for moms through every stage of their breastfeeding journey, from prenatal preparation and latch support to pumping guidance, weighted feeds, and individualized feeding plans. Ashley brings 14 years of maternal and infant care experience and a compassionate, evidence-based approach to helping moms feel supported and confident. (Nest Nourish Nurture)

Danni specializes in all things birth-3 years old, oral motor based disorders, myofunctional therapy, language/literacy disorders and dyslexia intervention.
