It is with overwhelming sadness that RSD confirms that RHS math teacher and coach, Justin Rotter, passed away on Friday, July 24th due to an unforeseen medical emergency. He was 44 years old.
Mr. Rotter graduated from Rochester High School in 1994, graduated from WSU and spent his entire 19 year teaching career serving in the community he loved.
Mr. Rotter was an exemplary educator, coach, mentor, colleague, friend and family man. He is truly deserving of the title - WARRIOR!
We ask that you keep his family, co-workers, and past and present students in your thoughts and prayers.
