First of all, I would like to say thank you to all of you who have sent your thoughts and prayers to our family with the loss of our dad. A lot of you knew him to come in and visit with you on occasion. He loved those conversations, especially if you knew the "North Country." He will be remembered as a big part of this business. As we move forward, his presence is felt in my heart.

I am in the process of getting back to work behind the chair. I know that taking almost a whole month off to deal with things has put quite a few appointments on hold for you. I am in the process of sorting through all of your messages and appointments to get back to a regular schedule. Please know that I have not forgotten you. Obituary for Hilman J Eling at Centreville Hilman Jay Eling, age 82 of Centreville, MI passed away Sunday, November 17, 2024 at his home, in the company of his loving family. He was born December 8, 1941 in Lake City, MI, a son of Howard and Josephine Meekhoff Eling. Hilman graduated from McBain High School in 1960.

Hello everyone!! For all the people that have been asking if I am still open, the answer is yes, absolutely. For those inquiring about my phone, I will ask that you please call my personal number at 269 535-1288 until the end of February. During this time, I will still only answer unknown numbers while I am in the shop. My voicemail will be checked while in the shop.
Some of you already know the story behind this and I appreciate your understanding.
I'm in the process of switching providers and that process is taking a painfully long time.
To explain this process, I have lodged a complaint through the FCC. While they are working on this, I will need to be patient. I'm asking for all of you to please have patience with me.

We are happy to say that we will finally go back to work on June 15th. We have missed everyone dearly!! This has been a long and winding journey that we are happy to put behind us. Thank you for all of your supportive words and messages during the shutdown. As we go into the reopening, we ask for your continued patience to accommodate all of our clients' needs. We are planning to open the phone line on June 11th around 10 am to around mid afternoon and on Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. We are going to have some restrictions as far as limitations on the number of people inside the salon, etc. Please keep this in mind when you call. We are looking forward to getting back to what we love!!! See you soon!!!!💖

Again, our stay home orders have been extended. We are now looking at Saturday, May 16th, 2020. Please everyone stay safe and healthy! We miss everyone!!!

As of April 9th at 11:59 pm, we will be closed until April 30th. May 1st will be our new look forward to date. We would like to let everyone know we really miss all of you!!!! This new executive order #2020-42 gives us all very clear explanation for the purpose of coming through this healthy and safe. Our thoughts are with all of you!!!!! Take care!!!!

As of a few minutes ago, I have been informed that Governor Whitmer has signed executive order 2020-20 closing all hair, nail, tanning, tattoo, massage, and all nonessential personal care businesses until April 15, 2020. During this time I will do my best to return all phone calls and schedule appointments after the shutdown is past. Everyone take care and we will look forward to the other side of this situation!
