Today, Salt and Strand had the pleasure of showing the studio space to the future Hair Artist of QAC 🫶🏼

How amazing it feels to speak to a group of girls in the shoes that I was once in. I am truly so honored to share my story with them today.

One of the things I shared with them is that consistency + being personal with whoever is in your chair is so important. Love your craft, love your people and never ever stop giving it all that you’ve got.

Keep learning, trust the process, stay humble, and never ever compare your chapter one to someone else’s chapter twenty. Believe in yourself, work hard, and know that the career you’re dreaming about is totally possible.

Here’s to the future ✨ the limit does not exist!💗

There’s so many of you that I have watched grow into incredible young adults. Some of you have grown from the booster seat haircuts to taller than me 🥲
I am so proud of each and every one of you. I cannot wait to watch you all take on the world + make it a better place.
