💡 Pro Tips (Esthetician Insight)
• Peeling speed varies depending on acid type (glycolic, TCA, lactic)
• Areas with more movement (mouth/chin) peel first
• This is a transition phase — don’t panic if skin looks worse before it glows

Sugaring and waxing are both hair removal methods, but they differ in ingredients, technique, and how they affect the skin. Here’s a clear breakdown:

🌿 Ingredients
• Sugaring: Made from natural ingredients—sugar, lemon, and honey.
• Waxing: Usually made from resins, beeswax, and sometimes chemicals or fragrances.

🔥 Temperature
• Sugaring: Used at room temperature or slightly warm → less risk of burns.
• Waxing: Applied hot → can sometimes irritate or burn sensitive skin.

😌 Pain level
• Sugaring: Generally less painful, especially for sensitive areas.
• Waxing: Can be more painful due to skin adhesion.

🌱 Skin benefits
• Sugaring: Gentle exfoliation, good for sensitive skin, eczema-prone clients.
• Waxing: Strong exfoliation but can cause redness or irritation in some people.

🧼 Cleanup
• Sugaring: Water-soluble → easy cleanup.
• Waxing: Requires oil-based removers.

📅 Hair length needed
• Sugaring: Can remove shorter hair (~1/16 inch).
• Waxing: Needs slightly longer hair (~1/4 inch).

💡 Which is better?
• Choose sugaring if you want a more natural, gentler option—great for sensitive skin and frequent treatments.
• Choose waxing if you want faster sessions for larger areas and very coarse hair removal.
