Price Update:

I have made the difficult decision to increase my pricing starting 10/1/2026!

With the limited availability I have and the amount of people on my schedule and waitlist, it makes sense to raise my prices to be the same or close to the rest of the county.

Life/Business Update!
As many of you know, August was a crazy month!
Let’s recap⬇️
📃Started my full time job as an office assistant!

💍I got engaged! So I’m actively planning our wedding AND celebrating my sister’s engagement which happened a day after mine!

🦴I have a *likely* stress fracture in my hand, which has caused me to cut back on the number of massages I can do currently.

Now.. what does this mean for Haven Flow Massage?
▪️Spots are very limited, meaning you should reach out to me early if you’d like to get in! I do not have the flexibility to do last minute appointments! (I am booking out to mid October!)
▪️If you are a new client looking to book, please go to my client waitlist form that is posted on my page!
▪️If you cancel last minute/no show, the fee will now be strictly enforced. I was lenient on this in the past, but I cannot be going forward. I also cannot promise to get you in right away after a cancelled appointment.
▪️I will not be able to run over your allotted time slot due to late arrivals. I am booking back to back clients to get as many people in as possible, leaving me no wiggle room on appointment times. Please ensure to arrive early/on time to your appointments to ensure you get your full time!

Exciting changes are happening at Haven Flow Massage!
I’m excited to share that I’ve accepted a position with the ISD! As I transition into this new role, my massage schedule will be changing.
Through August: Appointments will be available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings.
Beginning in September: Appointments will be available on Wednesday and Thursday evenings only.
Because of my reduced availability, I will not be accepting new clients at this time. If you’d like to be added to my waitlist, please text me at 269-816-1877, and I’ll send you the waitlist form.
Thank you all for your continued support, understanding, and patience as I navigate this exciting new chapter. I truly appreciate each of you and look forward to continuing to care for my existing clients during this transition.

Important Reminder
Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I would like to remind everyone of the appointment policies that were agreed to and signed during the completion of your initial consent forms.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. However, it is important to remember that this business is my livelihood, and I rely on scheduled appointments being honored in order to continue providing services to my clients.
Please note that reasons such as forgetting an appointment, not writing it down, missing a reminder notification, or simply deciding not to attend do not constitute emergencies and can have a significant impact on my schedule and business operations.
While I have been lenient with cancellation and no-show fees in the past, these policies will be enforced more consistently moving forward. Repeated missed appointments and late cancellations affect my ability to serve other clients and maintain my business.
Additionally, a three-strike policy will be implemented. Clients who accumulate three no-shows and/or late cancellations may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments. This policy is intended to help ensure appointment availability for all clients and encourage respectful scheduling practices.
This message is not directed at the majority of my clients, who consistently show respect for my time and business. I truly appreciate each of you and your continued support. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping me maintain a reliable schedule for everyone.
