Happy 4-Year Anniversary, Hailey! 🎉
On July 14, we celebrate four amazing years with Hailey, and what a journey it has been.
When Hailey first joined Changes Salon, she wasn’t completely sure where her path in this industry would lead. She questioned her confidence, her abilities, and whether she could build a successful career behind the chair. Like many new professionals, she was still finding her voice and learning how to connect with guests in a way that felt natural and professional.
Today, she is a completely different stylist—and an incredible example of what growth, dedication, and perseverance can accomplish.
Hailey has blossomed into a confident, talented professional who provides exceptional experiences for her guests. She communicates with ease, builds strong relationships, and has developed the skills and knowledge to help anyone who sits in her chair. Her commitment to learning, improving, and stepping outside her comfort zone has allowed her to build a career she can be proud of.
Beyond her technical skills, Hailey is a wonderful teammate. She is kind, dependable, supportive, and someone who genuinely cares about the success of those around her. She has grown through the associate program, earned promotions, embraced education, and continues to raise the bar for herself year after year.
Watching her transformation over the last four years has been one of the greatest rewards. From a young stylist who wasn’t sure if this industry was her future, to a confident professional with a growing clientele and a successful career, her journey has been inspiring to witness.
We are incredibly proud of the stylist, teammate, and woman she has become, and we’re excited to see where the next chapter of her career takes her.

On July 11, we celebrate three incredible years with Daniela.
To say Daniela is the glue that holds our team together would be an understatement. From keeping our front desk running seamlessly to helping manage the countless details that keep Changes Salon operating smoothly every day, her dedication, organization, and commitment to excellence make an impact on every member of our team and every guest who walks through our doors.
Daniela leads with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. She is often the calm in the chaos, the problem solver behind the scenes, and the person we can always count on to get things done.
As she steps into an expanded leadership role and begins managing her first team member, we couldn’t be more excited for her next chapter. We have watched her grow tremendously over the past three years, and we know this is only the beginning of a long and successful career with our company.
