I did something big...

🎉I bought a salon! Not just any salon... Accents Salon and Spa! My salon home for the last four years!

I am so excited to finally share the news with everyone. My co-owner, Victoria, and I are over the moon and ready for action.

To tell you the truth, this has been in the works for the last year and I'm overwhelmed with the amount of support we have received.

It was so hard to keep this big secret and I'm so relieved to share it!

Let's debunk my three favorite myths about leave-in conditioners...

1. You need to use a leave-in conditioner every day.
😖This advice would make almost anyone's hair greasy! In all honesty, depending on your hair's type and specific needs, you only want to use your leave-in conditioner on hair wash days or once a week. Anything more than that can be overkill for your hair.

2. Leave-in conditioners are only for treating hair.
🤩False! Leave-ins can also be used as styling aids!

Add a leave-in conditioner to your hair for a smoother blowout. You will be amazed at how much time you save battling your brush and blowdryer. You'll finish styling faster, and your hair will look extra soft!

3. They're too heavy for me!
🎖️There are sooo many types of leave-in conditioners, and they come in a variety of weights, textures, and uses. My advice is to take a close look at your hair and find out specifically what it needs to avoid weighing it down. Using too much of the wrong product can make hair look greasy!
