Color correction from today ✨
Her money piece was very chunky, the base was lifted too warm while trying to cover grays, and the ends were over-toned and pulling too ashy.
We started with a Malibu CPR to remove the excess toner, then added babylights and mini lowlights to blend her highlights into her base and soften the money piece with a root smudge.
Color corrections are a process, but today we got her back to loving her hair again. 🤍
And a reminder — no matter how long you’ve been doing hair, we all have days where things don’t go exactly as planned. That’s the reality of this industry.
