Spent some time today at one of our local beauty schools, and it reminded me how much I truly love teaching and mentoring the next generation of stylists. ✨

Helping people grow in this industry has always been one of my biggest passions. Even on my “days off,” you’ll usually find me doing something salon-related — teaching at schools, mentoring, or honestly… still working. 😂
