Another retwist 🤌🏽
Some stylists are struggling to read their clients but over here I don’t! Here’s why:
1. Trust is the foundation of hair styling. When someone begins to trust you, the relationship grows. Confidence in yourself is key! 🔑
2. Understanding what your client likes and dislikes from the very FIRST appointment is crucial to building a sustainable client relationship. Things may change over time, but listen and note the Nevers’ & always’ 🧏🏼♀️
3. When you know your client’s body language and personality, you know that their reaction is individual. Nobody is like them. 👑
This video is just to clarify and provide context — Not all people react the way you would. Some of my clients love their hair LOUD. Some are ecstatic internally. Some simply admire it softly, with a smile. Every client is unique and so are their reactions. My girl Jasmine always leaves pleased and that’s what matters to me! 💙
