Happy April, I once was told if you focus on the task at hand, the results will follow.
I was asked by my mentor to check the sales from day of opening to current and let’s just say I was completely utterly shocked!!!
I nearly made my yearly goals in 8 months.
How did I do it…..I listened to my customers and took their feedback into consideration, I became a student in the beauty game and understanding what the need is in addition to the trends that’s forever changing on tiktok university (lol).
Most importantly, I treated people like people. I created an environment that’s welcoming and allow us to be us…..we speak the same language so we can definitely relate to one another.
We will be hitting our 1 year in 4 months and I can’t wait to stand before you to say……baby we made it through our 1st year of having our brick n mortar….
I’m so forever appreciative and grateful for everyone that thinks of Aloire to service their beauty needs…..
