Prices will only go up a bit if,,,it takes more than 2 hrs to achieve a look or extra product needed for excess hair or more than one color is requested

Any trial appointments ,wedding or otherwise will be the same price as the day of the event and based on a 90 min time frame. Price may go up for extra time needed.

TRUE STORY: Today at work while out assessing property, assessor tells me a few times how much she likes my hair and finally asks who does it. I tell her Neil Culpepper. We are driving slowly as Im taking pictures of properties - she is driving .... Two elderly women are out for their afternoon stroll....as we drive by them slowly one hollers our way... WE LOVE YOUR HAIR!! I crack up and the assessor says - thats it, I what is his number. :). You know I gave it to her. ♥
