This is the first year Olive Jay was truly aware and understanding of what magical powers Santa Claus possess.

The spirit is in the air and we are believing with our whole hearts that if Olive is a “good girl” then Santa and his elves will be bringing her a horse on Christmas morning.

This age is truly so magical!

THANKSGIVING 2021… traveling to utah was the best decision this year for thanksgiving! We have been surrounded by family and have made so many memories. Going to bed with our hearts full.

Wizard was costume #1 and we were lucky enough to have / capture Olive’s magical powers.

Fall checklist is successfully underway!Mother Nature’s Farm is a must and holds such a special place in our hearts!

Leave it to to capture all my favorite moments giving me these treasures as I get older!

Today is a day that I finally get to cross off one of the BIG TIME goals I had set for myself long ago!

- currently sitting on a plane traveling to provide my services for some of my amazing clients!

Oh how it feels to be sitting in a place I once saw a future version of me sitting.
*** Setting goals that feel so much bigger than you is CRUCIAL.

If success in life, love and in your career is your mission… setting big goals is actually nonnegotiable.

So, I’m feeling so excited and proud and also so excited to look above at my next big goal I will one day cross off just like today!

Moving once again, ready to hit the restart button and create a home that we can relax, feel safe & creative in.

Long story short, this rental we moved into back in February ended up turning into a test for us. In many ways 2021 has become a great big ol’ lesson for the Hainsworths.

As much stress and sleepless nights this house and the last 5 months have turned into for us, I have to say I feel like we are putting our best foot forward and we are ready to close this literal door and open our next one!

Thank you for all your support and love and anyone who’s had a break in I am so sorry. That was stressful. (We were not home so we are all safe, just pushed us to a point where we wanted to leave and have a fresh start).

I’m constantly reminded of timing and perspective, how the two of them go hand in hand. It helps me understand that purpose, intention and authenticity always pays off in the end.

Purpose, intention & authenticity are always my guiding points behind the way I train my team and execute my services behind the chair.

Staying true to you and allowing your story to be what inspires you. No one else’s. I’ve had to be reminded constantly over the last 2 years.

Instead of focusing on so many others “moments” I have allowed timing to offer my perspective and encourage me to get to where I am through my own guiding points of purpose, intention and figuring out WHO I AM.

Thankfully it’s brought me here and I am so excited to focus on my moment of bringing Hainsworth & Company Salon] to the level that our salon and our team members & clients deserve!
