Hey all! So this specifically goes out to my parents with seniors in the Chandler area but it's a good message for anyone with teens. So here in Chandler our kids play a game their senior year called senior assassins. I love hearing about it from my clients but I want to also make sure they can continue to play with no terrible consequences. I saw on living Chandler that a car of ten girls was playing last night and sprayed what they probably thought was a car of other teens. Unfortunately, their water gun didn't sound like it was one of the brightly colored ones and the person in the other car wasn't who they thought it was. This is scary and dangerous because AZ is an open carry state and many of us have fi****ms in our vehicles. PLEASE! Make sure if your seniors are playing this that they are using easily identifiable water guns. Brightly colored and maybe even have them as something like a catch phrase or something so that I'd they come up on someone who isn't who they think it is that person isn't scared into potentially trying to protect themselves. I would be heartbroken to hear that anyone got hurt over such a fun thing for seniors! This should be the best year for them!! Let's do what we can to keep this tradition going safely!!!!!

So I said this to a couple clients recently but I feel very strongly about it so I wanted to put it out here. I've specialized in men and kids my entire career, 26 years. However, since moving to my current location I was introduced to a whole new group of kids through their moms and Ocotillo Friends. I've gotten to know them well over the past two years and I can honestly say they give me hope for that generation. They are some of the most entertaining, funny, respectful, outgoing kids I've ever worked with. This is a testament to the environment they have been raised in. Their parents have done such a great job with them, I've tried to be really good about expressing this to their parents, because as a parent there is no better compliment than being told your kids made a good impression on someone. And these kids have done just that. If you had told me 25 years ago I would love working with teenagers I would've thought you mad. But honestly it is one of the highlights of my job now! Thank you so much to all the families that allow me to work with you! So many years in and I still love what I get to do!!!!!!

One of my favorite additions to the shop! I've been gifted some cool things but these might be my favorite! Challenge coins from different law enforcement agencies. A few of these are personal from one of our closest friends and my honey even got me one from the NHRA races yesterday so I could begin my military collection honoring not only those who served in my family but all who have and are serving. Everyone who knows me knows this is a very important thing for me so thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has gifted a patch or coin to my shop. They are displayed with extreme pride.

I'm so proud to display these patches! As a strong supporter of our first responders it means so much to have them donated to my shop! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone that has presented me with a patch for my appreciation wall. I'm so excited that I'll soon need a bigger space!!!

Okay so to piggyback on our lovely bathroom remodel. In the process of swapping out the faucet we discovered that the valves needed to be replaced when getting ready to do that we ended up finding out that the main valve needed to be replaced which was actually much harder to find. Called our friends at Gold Star plumbing this morning at probably 7:30 and I just left the house and it's taken care of and done beautifully! Sam actually wants to paint over it and I said no because it looks so nice hahaha we've known Mike and Julie for over 20 years, they are an amazing family and take such good care of anyone that works with them. I've recommended several people to them and everybody has come back and said what a great company and how awesome the work is that they've done. Thanks again for coming to the rescue Michael Smith .

If you are considering sending gift cards and/or money to any of your lives ones this year, consider doing an e-giftcard. We received a Christmas card from a family member today and although I know there was nothing in it, someone had opened it somewhere along it's route to us no doubt hoping for money of some sort. Yes I know this for sure as it had a seal on it that was cut. So please don't risk losing your money and your lives over not receiving whatever you are sending. Online gift cards spend just as easily. Have a great holiday season!!!
