Meet Jaime Cole, PA-C — the woman behind White Lily Wellness. 🤍
But her story didn’t start here.
Before White Lily, Jaime spent more than 25 years in emergency medicine, first as a nurse and then as a physician assistant.
She knows what healthcare looks like when something has already gone wrong.
Over the years, that experience also made her curious about another side of medicine: What can we do to help people feel better, recover better, and take care of their health before they reach that point?
That question became even more personal after her husband, Jason, was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident and their family was introduced to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
Seeing his journey firsthand changed the direction of White Lily Wellness.
Today, Jaime brings together decades of medical experience with a genuine interest in wellness, recovery, HBOT, IV therapy, weight management and aesthetics — but the philosophy behind it all is pretty simple:
Listen to the person. Look at the bigger picture. And make their care personal.
Because when you walk into White Lily Wellness, you’re not just another appointment on the schedule. 🤍

I’m sharing this story with the hope that it reaches someone who’s been searching for answers and hasn’t found them yet.
Sometimes one story, one conversation, or one new option is all it takes to give someone hope again. 🤍
This is actually where our story with HBOT started.
After Jason was hit by a Hummer while riding his motorcycle, we thought the hospital, rehab, and months of physical therapy would eventually get him back to feeling like himself.
But six months later, he was still struggling with pain, inflammation, sleep, and brain fog.
A friend suggested we look into Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and that decision changed a lot for us.
Jason started noticing improvements in how he felt, and with continued care, we watched him slowly get back to doing the things he loved including running in the mountains again.
Seeing that firsthand is why HBOT became such an important part of White Lily Wellness.
We didn’t bring it in because it was trendy. We brought it in because our family had experienced it personally.
And that’s why when someone walks through our doors looking for answers, we understand how much that search can mean. 🤍
