Self love is not allowing just anything to go in your body OR on your body. If you really loved yourself, you would take care of your health more. Mentally, spiritually, AND physically. That’s music you listen to, your environment, your company(family, friends, spouse, role models), who you surround yourself with, what you watch, what you let come out of your mouth, what you let others speak into or around you, foods you eat, products you put on your body etc. Self love is really being in tune with you mentally, spiritually and physically. We say we want to live long but won’t do what it takes. Change your mindset, out with the old and in with the new and get in tune.
