Sweet Salon and Barber Shoppe offers an inclusive assortment of hair services: trendy trims, vivid treatments, gender-affirming cuts, quiet chair requests, hijab privacy options, and much more. Rachel’s goal has always been to serve a very broad clientele in a space that is made just for their needs. Now, more than four years later, owning Sweet Salon is about more than just operating a successful business; it's about honoring and celebrating the dedicated community it has developed along the way.

For 25 years, WomenVenture has served as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and Women's Business Center and is honored to support entrepreneurs like Rachel, who is building a legacy for her family, employees, and the future of her industry through catalytic capital and business development services.
