for those of you who don’t know, these past 8 months, i have been set out on a journey to heal. i was suffering with my ocd, arfid, depression and anxiety to a point of constant agony, and was in an entirely hopeless place. i had hit a low that at the time, i just couldn’t get back up from. i spent four months in florida at remedy therapy, where i was able to learn so much about myself, be truly understood by professionals for the first time in my life, grow in my faith, and begin to finally heal. it was a wild ride, and i wouldn’t trade any of it. i met some of the most remarkable individuals on this planet and made so many life long friends. nothing about it was easy, but every single part of it was worth it. God had an entire season of blessings waiting for me in stuart, florida. and for them all, i couldn’t be more grateful 💕💕
