Ayurveda is the ancient healing system which teaches one how to live in sync with your own unique nature or constitution and how to best synchronize to the rhythms of nature for optimal health and healing .

We have the good fortune and somehow the good karma to have 2 Ayurvedic physicians coming to Chapel Hill this week. Dr. Sunil and Shalmali Joshi have been practicing Ayurvedic medicine for over 3 decades.

If you have any health issues you would like addressed in a truly holistic manner- don’t let this opportunity pass you by. They will be coming to my home bi-yearly so there will be consistent follow-up w each client.
