Our Story

To the woods retail such boutique brands as Hairstory Studio, Cult & King, Fatboy, Verb Products, Arrojo Studio, and the Mermade Waver tool.

We specialize in advanced razor cutting, curly haircuts, Balayage highlights, Liscio Japanese Thermal Reconditioning, awesome fashion colors with our cult fave lines Pulp Riot & organic color Good Dye Young, natural hair color, and event styling round out our specializations on offer.

We enjoy participating in advanced education in order to elevate ourselves and our craft.
Our salon features clean design, warm natural locally sourced wood installations, lovingly chosen specialty plants, curated periodicals, and Carrboro's best coffee and teas.
We do not advertise and get most of our business from referrals, which we consider to be the best compliment of all!
