Our shea butter comes from women we know by name in Bougouni, Mali.
Nothing is mass-harvested. Nothing is plantation-grown.
The trees are wild. The process is ancient. The women set their own prices.

That time is not a delay. It is the ingredient.

One of us studied cancer biology in a research lab.
One came from clinical research.
One came from business intelligence.
We didn't start with formulas but rather with a question: why does so much of what we put on our skin require compromising what's already in it?

The answer brought us back to what we already knew.
Knowledge, skill, and craft passed down through generations.
That became Sanoun.
