EXCITING NEWS: We won the bid for a historic house on Cobb Street, out bidding a New York investor. Now our Northside land bank includes one of 4 remaining original stone houses! We owe a thank you to all of the neighborhood leaders who advocated for the preservation of this 1930s home. Great things are happening in the Northside.
