Seriously though- if you don’t show up to your dream life, how are you supposed to live it. What the opposite - a dull life, and empty life, a hard life? Your dreams are the core of who you are. You are morally obligated to fulfill them. This is your one chance, your one life, if you don’t fulfill them, what was the point?

Excellence is showing up again to yourself. That’s why I put the spa first. Because we often forget to nurture ourselves in the midst of “working hard”.

A garden doesn’t grow by force. Every plant needs time, sunlight, rest at night, food and water.

A dream life also includes the good parts, the sunshine, the beauty, the nourishment. Enjoy it. Your time here is short.

The horses, the races, the dresses, the hats, and the immensely hard work behind the scenes. From trainers and jockeys, to hat makers, florists and staff all for an event that remains at the heart of British Society.

I was deeply honored to be invited to experience this memorable event with .marnane.racing. They are one of the best in the world. A family with expertise and a hearty dedication to buying, training and choosing the best runners, along with decades of professional racing experience. Their runner Jamestown placed 3rd this year, a massive success after months of hard work.

It’s when it feels scary - and you don’t know what will happen, that’s the moment to do it.

Invest in yourself. The life you want. Pour from a full cup and never ask if it’s okay to live how you want.

You are not broken you are brilliant. You’ve been through hell into the underworld and reborn into a new and beautiful being each death brings you closer to your higher self never mistake the death that sheds what no longer serves you as being broken and undesirable. Let it be the transformation that brings you to the life you’ve always desired.
