Hi, I’m Lynne, owner of Cardinal Massage. With over 35 years as a licensed massage therapist, I’ve learned that every body tells a different story.

Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, relief from chronic pain, or lymphatic support after surgery, I tailor each session to meet you where you are.

I’m a Certified Lymphedema Therapist trained in Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Technique), and also certified in pre- and postnatal massage. Warm towels, essential oils, and personalized care are included in every visit.

My goal is simple: to help you leave feeling balanced, renewed, and pain-free.

Meet Michelle, whose 20+ years in massage therapy, skincare, yoga, and personal training create a truly whole-body approach to wellness.

With a degree in Exercise and Sport Science and certifications in yoga and personal training, she brings both deep knowledge and a calming touch to every session.

When she’s not helping clients feel comfortable and confident in their bodies, Michelle is happily tending her garden and caring for three goats, two dogs, one cat, and a lively flock of chickens with her partner, Bruce.
