One of the biggest nail myths is thinking gel, builder gel, or enhancements automatically ruin your natural nails. Most of the damage people experience actually comes from improper removal, peeling product off, or over-filing — not the product itself.

As your nail tech, protecting the health of your natural nails is always my priority. A good nail service should support your nails, help them grow, and keep them strong — not leave them damaged afterward 🤍

Healthy nails need:
• hydration + cuticle oil
• proper prep and safe removal
• gentle handling
• consistency and structure

If your nails have ever felt thin, weak, or damaged after a set, it’s usually due to how the product was removed — not because your nails “needed air.”
