When not at work, Morgan enjoys going to rock concerts. You can schedule an appointment with Morgan on Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other Saturday.

Today is one year since I came back to the salon after giving birth to my youngest. Time really does seem to fly. I didn’t know what my career would look like after saying goodbye to all of my employees, wonderful women who were also becoming moms. I didn’t know what my career would look like after shutting down my business for three months to enjoy my newborn and my family. All of YOU, my clients, continue to amaze me. The tremendous amount of support I received when I opened my business, when I reopened after COVID, when I missed every Christmas appointment of 2022 after giving birth to my precious preemie… that support continued coming back after my second maternity leave. The fact that all of you waited for me, that fact that all of you wanted the best for my family - I don’t have words for what that feels like in my heart - I just have so much gratitude. Postpartum is always hard… postpartum in your late 30’s is a beast. Thank you for your support and for your grace. The grace when I’m running a couple minutes late from childcare drop off, the grace when I haven’t slept and I’m running on muscle memory and not sure if I’m forming complete sentences but I can still do nails, the grace of indulging every picture of my babies I’m excited to share. We all talk so much about holding mothers in addition to babies, about how much women need a village. For seven years you’ve all held me and supported me - and especially these last four years. Thank you for matching my excitement over all of my current staff and giving my business your support time and again. Your support puts diapers on my children and food in their bellies, your support gives value to what I’ve chosen to do with my career. None of it goes unnoticed or unappreciated. I love this little community that exists inside my business walls.

Haley proudly operates as an Independent Nail Technician at Polished in her hometown of Chardon. She specializes in gel manicures, structured gel manicures, and GelX. As a 2026 graduate of Brown Aveda Institute, Haley brings creativity, care, and a personalized experience to each appointment. Outside of nails and her full time job, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and her two pets. She also loves baking sourdough, crocheting, and exploring new restaurants in Cleveland. You can schedule an appointment with Haley on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Paula Newell Halford joins our team as a 2026 graduate of Brown Aveda Institute in Mentor, Ohio. She specializes in manicure and pedicure services for all using both gel/ shellac and lacquer polishes. She loves taking nail art inspo and making it her own - playing with color, shape, and theme to create something a little abstract and always fun. A proud member of Gen-X, Paula is thrilled to be joining the "Pink Collar" ranks at what she likes to call an advanced age. Though she grew up in Texas, Paula has lived in Ohio long enough to officially call herself a "Yankee". She resides in Chardon with her husband Mark (CHS class of 1987) and their mini Labradoodle, Basil Alfredo. She's mom to their adult daughter Reagan and Mama P to her fellow BAI classmates and new co-workers. Paula is so excited to be a member of the Polished Team. You can schedule an appointment with Paula on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
