the Pilates room

Well, I think it’s finally time for a true introduction! Hi 👋🏻my name is Morgan, owner of the Pilates room!

It’s been about 5 months since I started hosting classes out of and I couldn’t be more grateful to be here!!

For those of you who I have yet to meet, I’m a 33 year old Certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor and stay at home mom to 2 beautiful girls 🩷 I grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, played lacrosse in high school through college and even into adulthood as a player and a coach, ran cross country only to end up running a handful of half and one full marathon, and was a frequent gym goer ever since. Until Pilates that is.

I was so inspired by how Pilates changed my body and cleared my mind after giving birth to my second daughter, that after two years of personal practice, I wanted to share it with anyone that would try!

I love to teach the classic repertoire, but the mat classes are fun right? As fun as they can be while still pushing your body to be stronger, steadier and in control through each movement.

If you haven’t been to a class, I encourage you to give it a try! It might just be the best thing you never expected.

My future goals? Be in my own curated studio space, continue to teach and continue to learn (specializing in pregnancy and postpartum).

Join the Pilates room with Rooted Plant Co for a very intentional day at Walsh Family W**e 🧘‍♀️🪴🍷 Become grounded outside in the fresh, crisp fall air during a slow flow (beginner friendly), classic style Pilates class. Create your very own symbolization of growth to take home as a reminder of how grateful we should be of our bodies and all that they can do. End with time well spent at one of our favorite spots surrounded by beautiful scenery to bring awareness to the moment.
