So it’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas… tons of cookies, cakes, candy, pie, and everything nice! But what’s NOT NICE is these carbs going to my waistline… so before I look in the mirror and complain about what I don’t like… let me show to the parts I love; these hips, knees, and feet that were able to pedal with of during his 20 min Afrobeats ride. 🎶I feel good 🎤like sugar and spice!
