Please welcome Coach Shaina to the KOR4 coaching staff!

Before stepping onto the coaching floor at KOR4, Shaina spent the last six years working at group fitness studios in Boston MA. She specializes in strength and conditioning, athletic based training, as well as ultra endurance and HYROX.

Shaina ran the Boston Marathon for the Joe Andruzzi Foundation and has competed in four HYROX events, with Boston Women’s Doubles right around the corner.

If you’ve been around her, you know fitness isn’t just a job, it’s her passion. It’s about creating an environment where people feel challenged, supported, and capable of more than they think.

Whether you’re chasing a new PR, focused on building strength, getting into running, or preparing for your next HYROX, Shaina is ready to meet you where you’re at and help you crush your fitness goals!

We’re so excited to officially welcome Bragan to the KOR4 Elite Fitness FAM!

Bragan is NASM certified, a former Alabama Cheerleader, Mental Performance Sports Coach, and has 3 years of group fitness coaching experience and thousands of group fitness classes under her belt!

She’s passionate about helping people keep showing up, give their best effort, and discover new things they’re capable of. Whether you’re pushing through a tough workout or hitting a goal you didn’t think was possible, Bragan is all about bringing the heat and helping you get there!

You’ll be seeing her on the mic in the Fire Room every Wednesday & Friday morning in Mt. Pleasant, so be sure to come say hey and get ready to WORK!
