The evolution of Hampton Park Healing Collective continues!

At our core, our mission is to help people connect with nature and explore self-healing through community on historic and sacred lands.

As we’ve traveled across North America, we’ve witnessed firsthand how communities are finding new ways to liberate themselves and the land. Easing our transition into Minnesota is the inspirational level of grassroots activism visible around every corner.

As we bring these ideas to life back home, we are seeking community partners in our quest of educating the public and enacting local policy resolutions.

We have a growing team in Charleston and are connected with others throughout the state with the same mission. Will is excited to step up as a National Volunteer Coordinator with Decriminalize Nature, and we are looking for folks throughout the South and Midwest who would like to create policy change in their own towns!

Keep your eyes and minds open and stay on the look out for meet-ups, educational events and integration circles. We are now actively looking for spaces to host us and our passionate team members as we educate and inspire the Charleston Community.

Hey Charleston!

We are heading back home to celebrate Elder Carlie Towne’s Elder Carlie Towne exhibit. Beneath Da Crown at Drummond Gallery on September 4th & 5th!

To close out the exhibit on Saturday, September 5th(around 7:50), we’ll be performing an original song together titled “Guardians of the Planet.”  This song grew out of Will’s love for Woody Guthrie’s “This Land Is Your Land.” On a visit home to Charleston after traveling the West Coast, meditating on the concept of ecological imperialism, this song reflects on all the beaches, mountains, and forests in South Carolina envisioning humanity as caretakers of the earth.

Bringing Elder into the song was a pure, organic Charleston creation.  

While playing the song for her at her historic home in Downtown Charleston, she improvised her lines of “Yena Children” and “Yeddi Dat” in the Gullah language, meaning listen children—adding a new layer and depth to the original message of the song.

We recorded this back in June The Shaman's Tooth and plan to release it soon!

Staring out our window in Saskatoon as 8 inches of snow, continues to pour down, we are reflecting on our recent trip to the Bay Area✨

Connecting with the whales, sea lions, the flowers and trees, the hills, beaches, murals, parks, and with the coolest and kindest people was the cultural immersion we needed.

This wasn’t a vacation it was an activation. First we attended the in San Rafael on Saturday—where we meditated and connected with charge makers in the consciousness space.

One of the main reasons for our visit was to meet Dr. Larry Norris of Decriminalize Nature, an organization that campaigns for the decriminalization of entheogen use coast to coast. We also had the privilege of meeting .hyphae Reggie Harris of and who have contributed to creating a vibrant conscious community rooted in education, collaboration, and exploration!

On the 83rd anniversary of bicycle day we went to the last day of the .institute .psychedelicculture conference held at the historic Brava Theater in the Mission District. The day started with a panel of Elders discussing their vision of unifying culture and science to help uplift elders as a key source of knowledge and guidance.

We loved the panels on Ancestral Wisdom for Ecological Restoration, the Future of Mental Health and Psychedelics, and From Streets to Ceremony! The highlight was chatting with the founder of about PTSD and the future of his work.
