Innerconnections Healing

Let excitement guide you through life! There’s a spiritual quality to excitement and desire. Feeling into those feelings and noticing these little nudges from the universe saying “go this way”. Sometimes it’s hard to not let fear or shame talk us out of being excited.

I’ve always said in life you have to follow the breadcrumbs the universe leaves for you. You may not have the whole picture or know what to do to live your dream life but if you follow the breadcrumbs your path will unfold in beautiful ways, say yes to that exciting next step, it may unravel into your dream life 💜

This is what it always comes back to for me. Trusting myself and trusting the universe, really they are one in the same. When change comes as it always does my inner world gets shaken, I start to doubt myself and my life. I can stop and use reiki to center myself and reconnect with self trust and my trust in source.

There is this part of me that creeps up telling me “I’m irresponsible, I don’t know what I’m doing” I have to consistently remind myself that I have gotten this far and that I am safe and I can trust me. It’s not always easy but it is worth it.
