Built on a deeply restorative foundation of red raspberry leaf, red clover blossoms, and sacred tulsi leaf, this soothing botanical blend is layered with grounding ashwagandha root and calming lemon balm.

Infused with a bright, crisp splash of sweet spearmint and finished with a warming aromatic hug of zesty ginger root, cardamom seed, and fragrant rose petals, it offers a remarkably smooth, refreshing cup that centers the mind and fortifies your physical well-being.

Naturally Caffeine-Free — A deeply nourishing beverage for anytime of day or night.

The Perfect Cup: Bring 1 cup (8 ounces) of fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil (212°F—dense roots and heavy nutritive leaves require high temperatures to fully unlock their rich minerals and essential oils).
Scoop 2-3 teaspoons of Sanctuary Tonic into an infuser or your favorite teapot. Pour the boiling water over the botanicals and steep for 7-10 minutes. Watch the whole clover heads and spearmint leaves slowly expand in the steam. Strain carefully and enjoy its clean, cooling, and softly spiced body hot, or chill it overnight for an incredibly crisp and rejuvenating iced beverage.

The Second Steep: Our whole blossoms, nutritive leaves, and crushed spices are exceptionally robust. We highly encourage you to re-steep your leaves a second time, extending the steep time to 12 minutes with fresh boiling water. This secondary infusion reveals a softer, beautifully smooth, and spearmint-forward cup that effectively doubles the life of your jar!
