But for real look at this amazing shape and texture we added with some layering, face framing and taking a few inches off the bottom to create a full perimeter! Molly has one of my favorite heads of hair I get the pleasure of cutting!

We call it the Isla! Because our goal was natural looking blonde highlights the way children’s hair highlight in the sun. My daughter has the perfect natural highlights, so she was my inspiration. I believe we achieved that. I balayaged alternating pieces with clear and 20 vol using and keratin lightening powder with 15 vol. No toner. The perfect hair for the perfect golden balayage.

My client didn’t get the results she wanted from another stylist. Not going to bash another stylist. It just wasn’t what she was hoping for.
I melted the roots, balayaged the ends and toned down the gold. Channel cut the weight out and took out alot of the heavy layers.

Blending out old color to allow the new silvers in the front to grow out seamlessly is a heck yes from me. As you swipe through, you will see a warm golden brown dimensional look, as she pulls her hair away from her face it will expose her beautiful natural silver blended into blonde. Lightening through old color as much as possible without damage. You don’t need to go straight to silver, you can have a soft transition and that is exactly what we did here. Beautiful, healthy shiny hair.

Highlights done with clear and 30 vol on virgin hair and i must say, I’m impressed with how well it lifted without lightener.
Lowlights 6.3 and toner 9.34! Natural looking warmth and dimension ⭐️💗
Just a video of me ranting, because I find myself asking Why do I even post content? And sometimes it’s just for fun, But mostly i do it for my clients and future clients. To showcase my work and a little bit of my personality. But I am not a content creator, nor do I plan to live up to that standard. I’m not on tiktok for a REASON. It’s such a strange world to live in. Vicariously through these curated profiles feeling like you don’t matter if you don’t have a high follower count. Which is not even the least bit true.
But in reality if you are busy and stay booked, you don’t have time for the content and it doesn’t actually matter. So keep posting your normal iphone hair pics if you want to. I want to see your work and so does your clients, even if it didn’t come off that way virtually. Stop editing them with filters and bs.
At the end of the day, chatgpt is trying to take over inspo hair pics anyways. I like to see what other hairstylists do, because it’s a nice way to connect. Let’s keep posting real pictures. I love when hairstylists from other regions find me for their clients who moved here. It’s extremely flattering and I am grateful for the connection in our network.
I’m just trying to keep my clients happy and live a normal life. That is all. 💗
