Darrell brings deep expertise in small business lending, strategic partnerships, and regional economic development. Most recently a Senior Community Loan Officer at the Climb Fund, he has spent his career connecting financial institutions, government bodies, and small business owners to drive investment across South Carolina with a track record that includes securing grants, leading multi-county development initiatives, and supporting the creation or retention of more than 260 jobs.
