Carver Career Aesthetics

Our July Esthetics class is officially FULL, and we couldn't be more excited!

With that being said, we are always accepting applications. Our next class begins in January. I know that may seem far away, but trust me, it will be here before you know it!

If you've been waiting for a sign to start a career in esthetics, this is it. Our program is 600 hours, which can be completed in about 6 months. We follow the Kanawha County school schedule, and classes are held Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

We're so proud of Madi for placing 7th in the nation at the SkillsUSA Esthetics Competition! While it wasn't a gold, silver, or bronze medal, earning a spot in the Top 10 among the best esthetics students in the country is an incredible accomplishment.

Her hard work and dedication truly paid off. Competing on the national stage takes courage, confidence, and determination, and Madi represented us and West Virginia exceptionally well. Congratulations, Madi! Finishing 7th in the nation is something to be incredibly proud of, and we can't wait to see what you accomplish next.

They have officially graduated from our program and passed both their Theory and Practical Board Exams! We are so proud of all the hard work, dedication, and perseverance it took to get to this moment.

Tomorrow, Madi takes the stage for the makeup portion of the national competition! Tonight she was putting in the work one last time, running through every detail and giving it her all.

We could not be more proud of her dedication, determination, and the countless hours she has spent preparing for this moment. Making it to Nationals is an incredible accomplishment on its own, and no matter where she places, she has already made us proud.

In our eyes, she’s already a winner for having the courage, commitment, and passion to make it this far.

We have officially kicked off the SkillsUSA National Esthetics Competition!

Today, Madi completed a 2-3 minute client consultation based on a skin type assigned to her by the judges. She then performed a facial, including a 15-minute cleansing massage, showcasing both her technical skills and professionalism.

Tomorrow, she takes on daytime makeup and fantasy makeup, and we can't wait to see her shine!

Madi has worked incredibly hard to earn her spot on the national stage, and we know she's going to make West Virginia proud. Please keep her in your thoughts, send all the prayers, good luck, and positive vibes her way as she continues her competition journey.

Brody began his journey in our barbering program and decided to expand his skills by adding esthetics services for his clients. His dedication, hard work, and commitment to learning have truly paid off.

Not only did he pass with flying colors, but he also made history as the first student ever to score a perfect 100 on the practical exam since the Carver Aesthetics program began! 👏
