- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assign turn
- Organize nail products
- Greet customers, check them in and out, and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to team members
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Available Shifts:
*First Shift:*
- Wednesday: 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
- Thursday: 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
- Friday: 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm
- Saturday: 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm
*Second Shift:*
- Friday: 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Saturday: 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Sunday: 11:00 am - 5:30 pm
