A leave-in treatment, a weekly mask, and the right finishing products are what actually move the needle. Especially if your hair is damaged.

One thing most people skip: your conditioner and mask should be combed through in the shower, not simply raked in with your fingers. It is the only way to ensure every strand is actually getting coated and the product is working the way it is supposed to.

Think of your leave-in conditioner as daily skincare for your hair. You would not skip moisturizer on your face every morning. Your hair deserves the same consistency. It protects, hydrates, smooths, and strengthens throughout the day while keeping your hair soft, manageable, and healthy looking.

If your hair is damaged, you also need to be honest about your heat usage. The less the better. And if you are reaching for a tool, a heat protectant is non negotiable. Skipping it while trying to heal your hair is like putting a bandage on a wound and then picking at it every day.

Oiling your ends before bed is a game changer. Your ends are the oldest and most fragile part of your hair. They need that extra layer of protection and moisture while you sleep.

Here is the truth we tell every single client: what you do at home matters more than what happens in our chair. We can do everything right in the salon, but if you are going home to the wrong products or applying them the wrong way, you are working against yourself.
