It seems that we’ve been at this long enough that some ground rules needed set, and some questions needed answered.
As a working college student and titleholder, my weeks are typically very busy. So I much understand last-minute, rescheduling etc.
I am willing to work with your schedule and life turns, as long as you work with mine!

Scheduling:
-Please allow at least a 48 hours notice prior to scheduled time for any cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration to the services provided.

-Urgent appointments made within 24 hours will be charged a 10% priority fee.

Arrival:
-Please arrive to any appointment with clean, dry skin.

-If I am running behind at 25+ minutes beyond your scheduled time, I will discount this off of your total. I value and respect your time.

All Day Events:
-All day events range in price from $175 to $250+.

-I will prioritize you and make sure that you look your absolute best, but am open to giving help to anyone around me if needed.
^Please understand that my heart will never allow me to turn someone away in need of simple assistance, as long as it doesn’t take away from you as my client.

-I understand what it’s like to want to get home ASAP after a long day, and can give grace to not completing payment before leaving the venue.
^With this said, payment not received after 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee. I run into chasing down payment after a “will send later” entirely too often. This is to protect my business, time, and money.

Payment:
-Payment form will always be prior discussed. I accept Cashapp, Venmo, Cash, and Zelle.

-Unless special circumstances have been disclosed to me beforehand, I will not be leaving the location of services provided until payment is complete.

Late Fees:
-15 minutes is granted as a grace period. after this, a late fee will be charged at 10% of the service booked, my time is valued, just as I value yours!

-Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to scheduled time will be charged 15% of the initial service booked. This is time that another person could have had an appointment.

-20+ minutes past your scheduled time without communication will be considered a No-Show. With this, 50% of services booked with be charged and the appointment will be canceled. If this happens twice, you will be let go as a client.
