Should I be CLEANSING?
DUH, YES!!!! Do you want to know how often and why? Of course you do…….

🌞: Because our skin secretes toxins, and some of us sweat during the night, we want to start the day with a fresh, clean face! But, don't forget to apply your SPF!
❄️A lot of my clients retinol at night too, but before you are exposed to the sun, you still need to CLEANSE. Retinol puts your skin in a more sensitive state and you could do more harm than good if you don’t wash this off.

🌑: As we go throughout our day, our skin produces oil, sheds dead skin cells, and collects pollutants as well as debris. 🤮 You DON’T want this to marinate in your pores overnight… ewww!
So, yep, you got it, WE NEED TO CLEANSE!

Cleansing tips:
-Double cleanse at night if you wear makeup. First cleanse removes makeup and debris, second cleanse cleans out pores.
-Everyone SHOULD cleanse for 60 seconds for your cleansing to be the most effective.
-If you have a hard time cleansing before bed, get it out of the way when you get home from work.
