I know what it’s like to feel out of alignment… stressed, exhausted, and disconnected from yourself.
For years, I poured everything into my work and taking care of others, but I ignored my own well-being. My body was giving me signs—fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and constant stress—but I didn’t listen.
It wasn’t until I hit a breaking point that I realized I had to restore balance in my life. I started focusing on holistic wellness, nourishing my body, and creating rituals that helped me heal. Now, I feel more energized, aligned, and in tune with myself than ever before.
